I made this roto cast machine to make hollow molds. I used basic parts to construct it, primarily wood (2x4s and 1x1s), threaded rod, nuts and bolts, bicycle gears and chain, epoxy, and a hot glue gun. All in all, this project cost about $150 to make. I'll be posting an Instructable on this later.

May 15, 2008 - @theBaconfish - apologies for the sounds, but it was hard to crank the machine and keep the camera steady at the same time. plus i have a nasty habit of chewing gum too much. Shut off the sound if it bothers you too much, as the sounds isn't necessary anyways.
